The ingredients needed to prepare Mozzarella cheese:

  1. Take 1/2 ltr of Raw Milk(not boiled).
  2. You need 2-4 tsp of vinegar.
  3. Take 2-4 tsp of water.
  4. Prepare Pinch of salt.

Steps to make Mozzarella cheese:

  1. Mix vinegar, water & salt properly keep it aside. Take Milk (not boiled) warm it little bit(thoda sa he garam karein) check it proper then put off the flame. Then put vinegar water little by little and stir continuously..
  2. See in image the milk leaves malai in spoon. Then this texture is right. Stir continuously till the milk leaves water and the cheese comes separate. Then take out in muslin cloth or any soft handkerchief..
  3. Squeeze all water from cheese(as we make paneer). Take 2 bowls of water. 1 is hot water and 2nd is ice water. Put cheese in cold water wash it properly and again squeeze then put in hot water. Do this procedure 6times..
  4. All vinegar water should be removed. Then lastly squeeze properly set in airtight box and refrigerator for 8-10hours. Finally ready to use Yummy MOZZARELLA CHEESE..
