The ingredients needed to prepare Pistachio cookies:

  1. Take 1/2 cup of Powdered sugar-.
  2. You need -1/2 cup of Ghee or unsalted butter ,melted.
  3. Use 3-4 cups of All purpose flour -.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of Gram flour -.
  5. Use 1 tsp of Semolina -.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  7. Provide 2 tbsps of Pistachio (chopped) -.
  8. Take -2 drops of Green food colour.

Steps to make Pistachio cookies:

  1. In a bowl, add maida, gram flour, semolina, baking powder and chopped pistachios. Mix the dry ingredients well..
  2. In a separate large bowl, add melted butter and sugar. Mix it well all the sugar is dissolved. add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients..
  3. Mix the batter well to form a dough. The dough should be soft..
  4. Add two drops of green food colour to the dough, mix it well..
  5. Take around 1tbsp of dough in hand and roll it into round shape..
  6. Place the cookies balls on the baking tray..
  7. Bake the cookies 15-20mins at 180c/350f.
  8. Bake the cookies till it turn light golden brown..
