- First add and mix tamarind puree water in poha..can add water according to need so that poha should become soft.let it be soft...
- Now roast sesame seeds(safed till) in a pan..saute this for only 2 min..let it be cooled..and grind coarsely in a mixer...make a coarse powder...
- Now take a pan..heat some oil..add mustard seed, curry leaves and green chillies let it sputter..now add all soaked pulses(water should be drained out well).now add peanuts..saute for only 1 min.. don't over roast.
