- Add the minced meat, add a little seasoning to the meat and keep stirring until the meat turns brown. Remember to keep staring to keep the minced meat separated.

- Stir together, add the wine just about three tablespoons, bay leaf. Cover up, reduce heat and let cook for about thirty minutes.
