  1. Heat oil in a pan,add tejpata,cardamom and cumin seeds..
  2. Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and chopped onion..
  3. Cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame..
  4. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  6. Then lower the flame add curd ana cook for 5mins..
  7. In the cooked mixture add1glass of water,sugar and salt..
  8. Add green peas ana let all the mixture boil..
  9. After that add paneer and again let it cook for 5mins..
  10. Add garam masala and kasuri methi powder and turn off the flame..
  11. Gravy Matar paneer is ready to serve..
