- Use 1 litre of Full Cream Milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of soaked Rice.
- You need 1 cup of Sugar.
- Take 1/4 tsp of Cardamom Powder.

- Prepare 1 of Mango Pulp.

- Add 1 litre of full cream milk in thick bottom container and bring it to boil..
- In Boiling milk, add 1 small cup of soaked rice and cook the rice in milk till become soft and puffy on low flame..
- In between cooking stir the kheer and add 1 cup of sugar and cook it till becoming nice thick and rice and milk mix very well..
- Cook Kheer slowly on low flame for best results..
- After kheer becomes thick add 1/4 tbs. cardamom powder and 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits. Mix it very well and cook for another few mins. till becoming thicker..
- Kheer is almost done now add 1 small whole mango pulp (Low flame) and mix it very well..
- Your Mango Kheer is done garnish with some chopped mangoes and chopped dry fruits..
