The ingredients needed to make Potato turnados:

  1. Prepare 1 of potato.
  2. Prepare 1 tsp of rice flour.
  3. Use 1 of skewer/satay stick.
  4. You need as needed of Italian seasoning/piri piri masala to season.

Instructions to make Potato turnados:

  1. Soak skewers in water fr few mins(this will prevent burning when frying).
  2. Wash potatoes vth skin nicely.
  3. Insert skewer in potato frm centre carefully... starting frm top..start cutting in circular motion making sure to make thin and equal cuts..watch YouTube tutorial frm details.
  4. Slowly open it pushing the potato downwards so the cuts r all open.
  5. Make batter of rice flour vth salt and water...dip the potato in it and drain out excessive batter by tapping it.
  6. Now fry this in hot oil till nice and crisp and done.. remove on absorbant paper.
  7. Immediately sprinkle seasoning of ur choice..I sprinkled piri piri masala.. sprinkle between the cuts so dat it's nicely covered.
  8. Serve vth choice of dip🤩👩‍🍳.
