The ingredients needed to make Scones:

  1. Get 3 cups of sr flour, sifted.
  2. Use 40 gr of unsalted butter, cubed and chilled.
  3. Get 1/2 cup of milk.
  4. You need 1/8 cup of buttermilk.
  5. Get 1/3 cup of sultanas or any chopped dried fruit.
