  13. Use 1 tbs of *Spiceologist Smokey Habanero Rub (www.spiceologist.com).
  14. Take 3 tsp of Oregano (Mexican Oregano Preferred but not necessary).
  15. Get 3 tsp of Cumin.
  16. Use 2 tsp of Sea Salt (adjust to taste).
  17. Get 2 tsp of Paprika.
  18. Take 2 tsp of Garlic Powder.
  19. Provide of Bacon (crumbled for topping).
  20. Get of Shredded Sharp Cheddar (for topping).

Instructions to make Mike's Habanero Chili:

  1. Add Olive Oil to skillet on medium heat. Add chopped Onion and Garlic and saute for 4-5 mins (until onions are translucent and the garlic starts to brown)..
  2. Add the Ground Beef and brown. Drain fat..
  3. In a Crock Pot, add all ingredients, including Ground Beef Mixture..
  4. Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours (*do not cook on high...it will burn on the bottom).
