  1. Prepare 1 cup of sweetcorn.
  2. Provide 1 tsp of butter.
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp of cumin powder.
  4. You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. You need 1/4 tsp of chaat masala.
  6. Prepare as required of Salt.
  7. Provide 1 tsp of lemon juice.

  1. Frstly boil corns in water for 5 minutes..
  2. Drain off the sweetcorn. Then in a kadai add butter and transfer corns in a kadai. Roast on medium flame for 2 minutes..
  3. Then add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder and lemon juice to it..
  4. Mix well and transfer the masala corn into bowl and serve immediately..
  5. Sweet corn is ready to serve..
