- Prepare 1 kg of shelled peas.
- You need 4 of medium size potatoes each cut into 4 pieces.
- Prepare 2 of medium size onions sliced.
- Take 2 of tomatoes grated.
- Get 1/4 tsp of haldi (Turmeric)powder.
- Take 1 tsp of jeera (cumin)powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of dhania(Coriander) powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala powder.
- Get 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- Get 1 tsp of green chilli paste.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of oil.
- Use to taste of Salt.

Instructions to make Aloo Matar:
- Heat oil in a kadai add the sliced onions fry till golden brown. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste fry for a few mins. Add haldi powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and stir fry for few mins.
- After fry the masala add the grated tomatoes and fry till raw smell goes and oil leaves the sides.
- Add the peas and potatoes and stir fry till it gets mixed with the masala well. Add salt & enough hot water to cook the peas and potatoes. Cover and cook on medium flame till potatoes & peas are done. Then sprinkle the coriander leaves.
