  1. Heat the wok with ghee then add cumin stir it then add ginger,green chilli stir it few minutes.
  2. Now add onion saute it 5 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Then add green peas, to taste salt now cover and cook for 5 min on medium flame.
  4. Then add poha,lemon juice meat masala powder, coriander leaves,cinnamon powder,sugar now stir and mix it properly on lower flame for 2 or 3 min.
  5. Now reduce the flame and serve it.
