  4. Heat oil in pan till it smokes. Switch off the flame & let it cool down till 80℅. Now add turmeric powder & kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix well..
  5. In mixing bowl transfer dry amla, chillies, ginger & garlic. Add ground masala,oil & salt. Mix well everything. Adjust salt. Cover with net lid, keep it for 7 hours or over night, now ready to use. Refrigerate..
