The ingredients needed to prepare Semolina & dal mash dosa..!:

  1. Provide 2 cups of Regular dal mash dosa batter.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of semolina.
  3. Take As per taste of salt.
  4. Use 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  5. Provide 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  6. You need As required of soda optional.
  7. Provide 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
  8. Prepare As required of Olive oil to drizzle.

Steps to make Semolina & dal mash dosa..!:

  1. Mix semolina batter in that add all ingredients then add the regular dal mash dosa batter while both batter is mixed & ready, set aside for 10-15 minutes then while preparing adjust the consistency to watery kind as we prepare semolina dosa..
  2. Now on preheated tawa drizzle few drops of water & oil then wipe it then unlike regular dosa batter in this we will sprinkle the batter using hand as in semolina dosa once you added let it cook covered for 3-4 minutes on low flame while the sides are golden drizzle some oil then flip to other side for 2 minutes..
  3. Once it is cooked both sides remove it gradually prepare all it’s awesome in taste & serve it hot with any coconut chutney or mint chutney either & enjoy..!.
