  1. Take 1 of big raw mango.
  2. Provide 1/4 cup of Toor dal.
  3. Get 1 tumbler of Coconut milk.
  4. Provide 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  5. Get 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  6. Provide As needed of Salt.
  7. Take for of Tempering--.
  8. Take 1 tbsp of oil.

  11. Prepare few of Curry leaves.
  12. Use 2 of Red chillies.

Steps to make Mango Curry:

  1. Cut raw mango into large pieces..
  2. Pressure cook toor dal for 4 whistles..
  3. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, needed salt and sliced mango pieces to the cooked dal..
  4. Once coconut milk is added Allow to boil for one time in medium flame. Don't boil more time..
  5. Finally add the tempering to the curry..
  6. Now the delicious Raw mango curry is ready to serve..
