  1. Prepare 1 litre of Full Cream Milk.
  2. Get 1/2 cup of soaked Rice.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Cardamom Powder.
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped Dry Fruits.
  6. Take 1 of Mango Pulp.
  7. Use of for Garnishing.
  8. Get 1/2 cup of chopped Mangoes.
  9. Provide 1/4 cup of dry fruits.

Instructions to make Mango Kheer:

  1. Add 1 litre of full cream milk in thick bottom container and bring it to boil..
  2. In Boiling milk, add 1 small cup of soaked rice and cook the rice in milk till become soft and puffy on low flame..
  3. In between cooking stir the kheer and add 1 cup of sugar and cook it till becoming nice thick and rice and milk mix very well..
  4. Cook Kheer slowly on low flame for best results..
  5. After kheer becomes thick add 1/4 tbs. cardamom powder and 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits. Mix it very well and cook for another few mins. till becoming thicker..
  6. Kheer is almost done now add 1 small whole mango pulp (Low flame) and mix it very well..
  7. Your Mango Kheer is done garnish with some chopped mangoes and chopped dry fruits..
