- Get 1 cup of sojee (tasty wheat).
- You need 1 of & 1/2 tbls oil.

- Use 3/4 cup of sour milk.
- Use 1/4 cup of boiling water.
- Take 1 tsp of fine salt.
- Prepare 1 of finely chopped green chillies.

- Prepare 1 sachet of enos or 1 heaped tsp.
- Use 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
Instructions to make Dhokra:
- Mix sojee, oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pinch of turmeric..
- Add sour milk, chillies and sweetcorn.
- Add the hot water.
- Use a steel tray and grease very lightly with oil.
- In a pot on the stove boil water with a steaming utensil.
- Before adding mixture to the steel tray add enos and mix well then immediately add mixture to to tray.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds ontop.
- Put the tray in the pot with the steaming utensil..
- Wrap a cloth around the lip of the pot and close the pot. Steam for 15 minutes.
- Once steamed remove the tray from the pot and let it cool.
- Add chopped coriander and cut in squares.
