  1. In a non stick pan, add ghee, roast the tofu/Paneer cubes untill light golden from outside..
  2. Now in leftover ghee, add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute well..
  3. Add tomato pureed and cook untill ghee seperates pan..
  4. Now add finely chopped/pureed fenugreek leaves and mix well..
  5. Add salt and green peas and cover to cook..
  6. Add dry spices and 1/2 cup water and cook with the lid on until gravy is cooked well and ghee comes on top..
  7. Now pour the gravy in serving dish and put cubed paneer/tofu on top..
  8. You can also add fresh cream to lighten the flavours. I havent added to keep it low fat and it was absolutely delicious..
