- I wash and rinse the tamarind then i piece's the ginger and add them in a pot then add water and put them on fire.Allow to boil for 5mins.
- After boiling.Take it off the fire and allow to cool.
- After cooling then put your right hand and mash them very well until you separate the liquid part of the tamarind from it's solid part.
- And then sieve.this is the solid part of the tamarind which is not needed.
- Add the ice blocks in the bowl you want to prepare the tamarind juice then add the Tamarind you've sieved,Sugar and flavor and give it a mix.
