The ingredients needed to cook Bhakharo:

  1. Use 2 cup of green moong dal.
  2. Take 1 cup of rice.
  3. Get 1/4 cup of jowar.
  4. Provide 1 cup of boiled fresh pigeon beans(lily tuver dana).
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger chilli garlic paste.
  6. Get 2-3 tbsp. of Oil.
  7. Get to taste of Salt.
  8. Get 1 tbsp. of Red chilli powder.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of jaggery.
  10. Use 1/4 cup of coriander leaves.
  11. Provide 1/2 cup of fresh fenugreek.
  12. Use 1/4 tsp. of Turmeric powder.
  13. Take 1 tbsp of sesame seeds.
  14. Take 1 tsp. of Methi masala.
  15. Provide 1 tsp of asofoetida.
  16. Prepare Pinch of fruit salt.
  17. Get as needed of Few curry leaves.
  18. Provide 1 tsp of mustard seeds.

Instructions to make Bhakharo:

  1. Make a dry mixture of dal rice and jowar and make powder.boil and crush pigeon beans with corriender leavesfenugreek leaves courslygrind add in dry mixture. Now add all masala and water salt and make battersemisolid consistancy.For tadka oil mustard seeds asofoetida ginger chilli garlic paste curry leaves sesseme seeds and methiya masala saute. Add fruitsalt 1-2tsp water and pour in a batter. Mix well..
  2. Now heat oil in nonstick pan and spread batter sprinkle sesseme seeds and methiya masala cover the lid. 10min on mid.slow flame turn another side and cook for 7-8mins. Serve with coconut chutney or green chutney..
  3. Tasty bhakhro is ready to serve..
