The ingredients needed to cook Plantain rings:

  1. Get of Plantain.
  2. Get of Minced meat.
  3. Prepare of Egg.
  4. Provide of Scoth bonnet.
  5. You need of Green pepper.
  6. Use of Onion.
  7. Take of Garlic.
  8. Get of Seasoning.
  9. Provide of Salt.
  10. Take of Oil for deep frying.

Instructions to make Plantain rings:

  1. Peel and cut the plantain vertically into four long strips. Add little salt and deep fry for few minutes till translucent (just for it to be soft bt not browned). Strain and allow to lightly cool..
  2. Form a ring (circle) wit the plantain using a toothpick to clip the edge..
  3. Add 1 spoon of oil into a frying pan, add garlic, grinded scoth bonnet and thinly diced onions and stir fry for two minutes. Add minced meat, seasoning and little salt and stir fry for 5 minutes. Finally add thinly diced green pepper and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Remove from fire and allow to cool completely.
