  1. Get 100 gm of Flour.
  2. Use 40 gm of Sugar.
  3. Get 40 gm of Magerine.
  4. Take 1/2 of Egg.
  5. Provide 5 gm of Baking powder.

  1. Preheat your oven as for Jiko users always preheat 10minutes before baking.
  2. Cream sugar +Magerine till white and fluffy.
  3. Add egg little by little then fold in flour and baking powder to ur creamy mixture.
  4. Mix in the sultanas.
  5. Grease in ur mould, there's a new mixture called "Goop" u use quarter cup vegetable fat,quarter cup flour and quarter cup cooking oil, u will forget using parchment paper.
  6. Cut the dough with pastry cutter Nb: dont roll, eggwash the dough add sultanas and bake for 20 min.,enjoy with a cup of tea.
