- Get 500 grams of any large/medjool dates pitted.
- Prepare 2-3 tablespoon of ghee.
- Use 25 grams of pistachios chopped finely.
- Take 25 grams of almonds chopped finely.
- Use 25 grams of walnuts chopped finely.
- You need 10-20 grams of pine/any other nuts of your choice.
- You need 2 cups of hot water.

- Add the pitted dates in a bowl full of hot water for 1-2 hours to soften them.
- Post soaking, discard the water and blend the dates into a clear purée.
- Melt the ghee in a wok.
