  1. You need 100 gm of paneer.
  2. Take 50 gms of green peas if you want take same quantity of paneer.
  3. Take 1 of big tomato puree.
  4. Provide 1 of big size onion puree.
  5. You need as required of Ginger garlic and green chilli paste.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
  7. You need as required of Some of spices like bay leaf, Cinnamon and clove and cardmom.
  8. You need as per taste of Red chilli powder.
  9. Use 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  10. You need 1/2 tbsp of Coriander powder.
  11. Prepare as per taste of Kitchen king masla.
  12. Get as per need of coriander leaves.
  13. Get as required of Dried fenugreek leaves.

Steps to make Matar paneer:

  1. First boil the peas if it is frozen if it is not don't need to boil..
  2. Then take a pan add 3tbsp of ghee add some whole spices like bay leaf as they releases smell take out of ghee.
  3. Now add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste the add onion puree saute it for 3-4 min..
  4. Then add tomato puree and saute it for 2-3 min. Now add all the spices and cover it for 4-5 min. Or until the puree releases ghee.
  5. Take another pan add 1tsp ghee Saute paneer cubes in ghee with ginger and green chilli strands for a while then add it to puree. Along with peas..
  6. Yummy matar paneer is ready go serve..
