The ingredients needed to cook Idombolo:

  1. Get 6 Cups of White Bread Flour.
  2. Use 600 ml of Warm Water.
  3. You need 1 of pkt Yeast.
  4. Use 3 1/2 of Brown Sugar.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  6. Use 50 g of butter.

Instructions to make Idombolo:

  1. Sift flour and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar, salt and butter and thoroughly mix well.
  3. Add water, bit by bit, mixing well with your hands.
  4. Cover with a plastic and a towel and leave for an hour. Check it after an hour, knead, and cover for about 30mins.
  5. Pour the mixture in two enamel bowls or in a couple of coffee mugs, place in a big pot or pots and boil for about 1 hour - Enjoy! ❣.
