The ingredients needed to cook Gauva marmalade:
- Provide 1 bag of guavas (1kg).
- Prepare 2 cups of sugar.
- You need 1 cup of lemon juice(a preservative).
- You need Half of cup of corn starch(flour and water).
Instructions to make Gauva marmalade:
- Peel of your gauvas.
- Deseed them,their seeds are not digestible more like corn seeds.. you can eat them if you want.
- Extract some lemon juice from lemons, for corn starch mix 2 spoons of water with a half cup of water.
- Add all the ingredients to a pot an allow to simmer for 30 minute, while stirring occasionally.
