- Use leaves of Garden rocket(jir jir).
- Prepare of spicy/sweet salad dressing.
- Take of Sesame oil.

- Prepare of Grated garlic/ginger(optional).

Steps to make Veggie salad🥗:
- Wash and slice tomato-carrot-cucumber-onion and beetroot and set aside.
- Now line plate with garden rocket leaves and add sliced veggies, sweet corn and red kidney beans.
- To make spicy/sweet salad dressing, in a bowl add in sesame oil(or any oil of choice).then add grated garlic or ginger(according to preference), black pepper, chili flakes, vinegar(can be replaced with lime, which is totally fine) then add sweetener(like honey, maple syrup).... blend or whisk together and it’s ready to use.
