- Heat a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee add ginger and chilli paste add chopped tomato roast 2 to 3 mint keep aside for few mint after-.
- Take a blender jar add roasted tomato add cashew &milk.blend all item proper..
- Heat a pan again add 1tablespoon ghee add cumin seeds, cloves,black pepper,star, bay leaf, cinnamon, dry red chilli & hing.roast few seconds until colour change now add tomato gravy.
- Add red kasmiri chilli,turmeric,coriander powder garam masala and roast roast until the ghee start to release. After add some water and peas and cook 5 mint.
- Add salt kasturi methi,cream and paneer cook again 5 mint.
- Garnish coriander leaves and serve.
