- Use 1/2 tsp of vanilla esscence.

- Provide 5 cups of water.
- Use 3 cups of sugar.
- Take of desiccated coconut.
Steps to make Doughnuts:
- Bring water on stove and leave to boil. then add in the sugar.
- Add self rising flour and vanilla esscence to the melted ice cream and knead well until no crumbs and dough is soft.
- Roll out dough on plain, clean floured surface and then shape(i used a tumbler and icing noozle to shape my doughnuts).
- Once your oil is hot deep fry the doughnuts for few seconds and remove from heat once brown.
- Once the boiled water/sugar start to get thick, turn stove off and leave aside to thicken.
- Dip your fried doughnut into the sugar syrup and then into the desiccated coconut.
