  1. Get 2 cups of Shredded Cabbage (half of a big cabbage).
  2. You need 1 cup of Green peas.
  3. You need 150 gm of Paneer.

  1. Cut the paneer to 1/2" pieces. Coat them with a tsp of oil and grill them for 8 minutes. Alternately you can deep fry or shallow fry them in oil. I prefer to grill it to keep it healthy..
  2. Wash clean and chop the cabbage small. Heat the oil in a pan. Add jeera, when it splutters add haldi, hing, ginger paste and onions..
  3. Add the mutter and cook it covered for 2 minutes. The mutter will start popping. Then add the cabbage and mix well..
  4. Add garam masala powder, dhania powder, chilli powder and salt. Cook it closed for 10 minutes mixing in between..
  5. Add the grilled paneer and and half cup water. Again cook it covered for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is cooked and absorbs all the aroma..
