  2. Let it cool down for about 15 mins time before blending the same to a finer, smoother & thicker paste.
  3. Combine in a food processor/blender jar: The cooled roasted sesame seeds, salt & the EVOO & also the paprika & garlic (if using them).
  4. Pulse it for a minute for at least 3/4 times- then, scrape its sides each time while, pulsing it to a smooth paste.
  5. Dish out in the serving platter & add in some more EVOO & garnish with a pinch of paprika, black & white sesame seeds, a fresh sprig of Coriander/Mint/Basil Leaves or even some dry fruits of your choice.
  6. If you want to store it in your refrigerator: Then, store it in an air tight glass jar/container...This can be stored for a month or so, in the fridge 💁🏻‍♀️.
