  2. Heat a pan,add tamarind pulp,jaggery and date sliced in pieces.Mix and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame..
  3. Add red chilli,ginger powder and salt.Mix..
  4. Add vinegar,cook on low flame for 5 minutes..
  5. Put off flame,let cool and store in a glass /plastic jar.Can be consumed upto 3 months..
