The ingredients needed to prepare Matar Pulwao:

  1. Provide 1/2 cup of Matar (Peas).
  2. Use 1 cup of Rice soaked.
  3. Provide 3 of Green chillies slit.
  4. You need of Salt as per your taste.
  5. You need 10 tablespoon of Ghee.
  6. Prepare 1 of Sliced onions.
  7. Take 1 tablespoon of Cumin seeds.

  1. Take a pan...Add ghee and heat the ghee....
  2. Now add zeera and add chopped onions and cook them until onions becomes soft and aromatic.
  3. Now Add peas and green chillies..Mix them well and cook peas for 5 minutes.
  4. Add salt and mix again.
  5. Now add soaked rice and Water and mix all welll.
  6. Close the lid and Cook them for 25- 30 minutes......
  7. Serve hot with Curd or raita.
  8. 🍲.
