  3. Break eggs in a bowl,whisk then add the fried veggies to it.Add the remaining seasoning cube and mix well..
  4. Get a greased pan/frying pan then add egg&veggie mixture to it. Arrange the fried plantain on top of the mixture. Bake in a 180degree preheated oven for 15minutes..Or alternatively use a frying pan,with a lid and fry for 20minutes on low heat.
