  1. Provide 250 gms of Peas.
  2. Get 1 tbsp of ghee.
  3. Get 1/4 tsp of Asafoetida.
  4. Take 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

  6. Prepare 1 of cardamom (kutti).
  7. You need 3 of tomato puree.
  8. Take 2 tsp of coriander powder.

  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  12. Take 1 tsp of Kitchen king masala.
  13. Take 1.5 tsp of Sugar.
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp of Khoya grated.
  15. Take 2 tsp of cream.
  16. Take to taste of Salt.
  17. Use as required of Water i have used (3 cups).
  18. Prepare as required of Coriander leaves for garnish.

Steps to make Mava Matar:

  1. First boiled peas. After boiled transfer in cold water..
  2. Heat ghee in a pan add Asafoetida, cumin seeds splutter it. Add grated ginger and cardamom saute it..
  3. When ginger and cardamom saute well add tomato pure cook 2 mins in low flame..
  4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder,garam masala,red chiiy, kitchen king masala mix well. Cook till oil spreads..
  5. Add sugar mix well.Then add khoya cook 3 min till oil spreads..
  6. Then add cream cook 1 min. Add water and salt mix well. Then add boiled peas and salt cook 8 to 10 mins in slow flame..
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves..
