  1. Heat a pan on the flame when heated then add water and bring it to a boil, then add peas, salt and pinch of sugar. After 2 mins turn off the flame and drain the water out from the peas and let it cool down on a cotton cloth and then cover it for some time, after that press it lightly with a rolling pin and crumble it, then transfer it to a pan.
