  7. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes..
  8. Punch down dough, Roll it first or Press into a greased pizza pan..
  9. Spread pizza sauce (i mix bbq sauce and ketchup for a quick sauce).
  10. Place your various toppings on the dough and your cheese.
  11. Bake for around 12 minutes till the cheese is bubbling.
