  2. Keep cashew paste ready by soaking it in the milk for 5 minutes and grind it in mixer..
  3. In a kadhai add oil, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, green chilli stick slit, ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add onion garlic paste, mix well. Keep cooking for 2 minutes. Add cashew paste, mix again and cook for a minute. Add methi leaves and green peas one by one. Add sugar and salt. Add malai/fresh cream according to your liking. If you feel the gravy us too thick add little milk. Mix everything properly. After one boil yourvdish is ready to eat.. and'joyyyyy...happy cooking....
