  1. Prepare 5-6 to 7-8 of Spring onions/very small sized onions.

  1. Peel and wash the onions and remove the scallion part and root part of the spring onions.

  3. Take a big bowl and mix salt in vinegar and add a slice of boiled beet. Dip the onion pieces in to vinegar-salt mixture.
  4. Let it to sit for 1/2 an hour to absorb the vinegar-salt into the onions.add rose water and give a nice mix..A beautiful pinkish colour will arise.
  5. Your pickled onions are done.
  6. Serve with dal makhni, mushroom masala, spinach gravy with rice or watever u like.
  7. Consume with in 2 days and can add more onions in the same vinegar-salt mixture and keep in fridge in air tight glass container.
  8. This is a doubling treat of yo'r table.
