  7. Nw divide this cream in two parts in one part mix half left mango puree with spatula dont use any blender or beater to mix them only use spatula for mixing and mix it softly nw your moosse is ready for layering.
  8. This step is additional if you want to skip so no issue but it will enhance your dish take two slice of bread and grind them in fine crumbs nw take a pan and toast them in nice brown colour.
  9.
