The ingredients needed to cook Raw mango chutney:

  1. Get 4 of medium sized ripe red tomatoes (finely chopped).
  2. You need 2 of raw mangoes (grated).
  3. Use of Salt as per taste.
  4. Use 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  5. Take 2 tbsp of panch phutan.
  6. Take 7-8 of Curry leaves.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of Oil.
  8. Take 1/2 tbsp of turmeric powder.
  9. Take of Jaggery/sugar as per taste.
  10. You need 1" of piece ginger (grated).
  11. Provide 2 of Green chilli (chopped).

Instructions to make Raw mango chutney:

  1. Dry roast 1tbsp of panch phutan & make a powder..
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai, add panch phutan, ginger, curry leaf, green chilli. Saute..
  3. Add mango, salt, turmeric powder. Mix well. Cover and cook till tender..
  4. Add tomatoes. Mix well & cover & cook for 2-3 min..
  5. Now add sugar/jaggery as per taste. Mix well and stir continuously..
  6. Add panch phutan powder, red chilli powder. Stir well. Cook till oil separates..
  7. Don't add water. U can preserve it for 15 days in fridge..
