The ingredients needed to cook Samp & Beans:

  1. Prepare 2 cups of samp.
  2. Use 1 cup of sugar beans.
  3. Get 2 of stock cubes.
  4. Provide 125 g of margarine.
  5. Use of Knorr Aromat seasoning.

Instructions to make Samp & Beans:

  1. Rinse samp and beans in cold water, then drain out the excess water.
  2. In a large pot of boiling water put in samp and beans.
  3. Allow to boil for 2 hours, keep stirring through out and add hot water when needed.
  4. After 2 hours of cooking or when samp is soft enough add 2 stock cubes for flavour.
  5. After 30 minutes add margarine.
  6. Once margarine had melted add Aromat seasoning just to bring out the taste.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes then you can serve with your favorite stew..
