  2. Take 2 of tomatoes.
  3. Get 4-6 pods of garlic.
  4. Use 1 tb of sp cooking oil.

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Add mustard seeds and when mustard seeds splutter add asafoetida and saute for 1 minute. Now add urad and chana dal and roast for 2 minutes. Add whole red chilli and sautรฉ for 1 minute..

  3. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes and garlic and saute for 1 minute again. Switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool..
