  25. Prepare of Chicken.
  26. Prepare 1/3 kg of chicken (boneless cut in small cubes).
  27. Get 1 Tsp of red chilli powder.
  28. Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt.
  29. Use 1 Tsp of coriander powder.
  30. Provide 1 Tbsp of chilli sauce.
  31. Take 1 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  32. You need 1 Tsp of white vinegar.

Instructions to make Mini Pizzas:

  1. Sieve flour in a bowl 2-3 times.Add in sugar,yeast,1/2 Tsp oregano 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes. Mix well.
  2. Add oil in above dry mixture and knead with warm water to form a sticky dough..
  3. Cover the dough and keep it in warm place for 2 hours..
  4. Pizza Sauce.
  5. Boil the tomatoes for 4 minutes.Peel the skin and grind them..
  6. In a pan add 2 tbsp oil and garlic Add tomato paste and mix well.Add all the spices..
  7. Let it cook on low flames till it dries..
  8. For chicken;.
  9. Take 2 to 3 tbsp oil in a pan & add 1 tsp garlic paste in it cook for 1 to 2 min..
  10. Add boneless chicken (cut in small cubes). Cook it on medium flame till it changes it's color..
  11. Now add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, chilli sauce, soya sauce and vinegar and cook for about 15 minutes till no water left..
  12. Chicken is ready for topping..
  13. Assembling:.
  14. Take out the dough from bowl. Dust floor on slab and roll it.Cut small circles from the dough..
  15. Grease the baking tray with oil and place mini circles on it..
  16. First apply some pizza sauce on it and sprinkle some grated cheese on it.Add some chicken chunks..
  17. Add vegeies(capsicum, tomatoes, onions) on it. And again add grated cheese..
  18. Sprinkle some oregano and place black olives on top.Do same with all mini circles..
  19. Apply egg wash and Place the tray in preheated oven Bake them at 250° for 15 min or till done..
