  1. Get 500 g of maize.
  2. You need of kahurora(pumpkin leaves).
  3. Provide 1 kg of potatoes.
  4. Prepare of salt.

Instructions to make Mokimo:

  1. Boil the maize for 30 mins and make sure they dont overcook.
  2. Add the pealed potatoes and boil for 20mins.
  3. Add the pumpkin leaves... and cook for 15 min....
