- You need 200 gm of gobhi/cauliflower.
- You need 3/4 bowl of green peas.
- Get as needed of Oil to fry.

Cook them for 2-3 minutes or till all the evaporates then add curd. Let the curd cook for a minute and release it's water. Then add the fried peas and cauliflower. Mix them gently. It will take time for gobhi to absorb flavor and for the water to be evaporated so stir occasionally but with care as not to break or mash the cauliflower..
